Sexy robots? Youd better believe it
CeBIT, the worlds biggest technology fair, is currently pulling in the punters and the orders in Hamburg, Germany. Of all the futuristic projects on display, it is a pair of pole-dancing robots (supported by their very own hard-drinking robot DJ) who are attracting the most attention.
The trio were created by British scrap artist Giles Walker, who made them from used car parts. They have been doing the rounds in the UK for a few years now, but this new-found international attention could be about to catapult them into the big league.
Some years ago, pole dancing was the biggest celebrity craze, with everyone from Demi Moore to Madonna swearing by its aesthetic and exercising properties. But never has it been quite as cool as this.
Oh, and if youve got a spare $37,000, you can hire them to perform at your next event. Sure beats a visit to a strip club
